Workshops are a great way to kickstart change, get the key team on one page or map out your current situation so that you can plan your growth strategy.

As a facilitator, my role is to plan, guide and manage your workshop to ensure the right people are in attendance, objectives are met effectively with clear thinking, good participation and full buy-in from everyone who is involved.

Workshop sessions include:

  • Client request specific.

Workshops are typically ran over 1 to 2 days.


Presentation of key findings with any follow-up actions, owners and timelines
Recommendations to move the business to next level – typically based on immediate vs important, impact and capability
